What hosting options do you offer?

PromptLayer Free, Pro, and Team is Cloud-hosted in the US. Enterprise customers have the option of self-hosted on GCP, AWS, and Azure, Cloud-hosted in EU, or Cloud-hosted single-tenant. Contact sales@promptlayer.com for details.

What if I exceed the usage thresholds?

Additional usage is charged by transaction (txn) for requests, agent runs, and evaluation cell runs.
